Prananyama class taught by Janice! Come learn breath techniques that are relaxing and help clear the mind. Pranayama is the fourth part of the eight-part path of yoga. Pranayama means regulation of the breath. This class will be all breath work, no asana or pose practice except to find a comfortable position to breath in! If one can walk or wheel into the studio, one can do this class. For schedule

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra happens once a month! The next session is March 11. All are welcome! Time is 6:00-7:00pm.

Free Weekly Meditation

  • Fridays 5:00-5:45pm
    This is a time of sitting together in silence. At the beginning of each session a chime will ring and then again for the end of the session. All are welcome. Please note there will be no meditation March 10th.
